Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days and we’ll refund your order in full.

GOODS+ is our premium subscription service for fitness studios. It delivers your wipes on repeat, so you never run out, and gives you time and mental space to focus on running and growing your studio.

When placing your first order, keep the GOODS+ Subscription option selected. Choose how many boxes you want and how often you would like them delivered (monthly or every second month). Once you complete payment, your subscription is automatically set up for repeat delivery.

GOODS+ subscribers have access to one dispenser free on loan, as long as their subscription is active. Stock is limited, so dispensers are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Message us to check availability.

When comparing wipes, the upfront price doesn’t always tell the full story. It’s worth looking at the true cost before deciding:

• Does the price include GST and delivery
• Do you need to buy in bulk to get that price? It is tying up cash you need elsewhere?
• Will you need to remember to reorder, or is it handled automatically?
• Are you okay if they’re made from plastic or not responsibly sourced materials?

On paper, some options may seem cheaper. In reality, the total cost, time, and convenience can be very different. We’ve designed this specifically for busy studio owners and managers to be simple and predictable. For those who didn’t get into fitness to manage stock, but to help change people’s lives, grow a healthy and sustainable business, and support their life and family outside of it.

The reality is most (if not all) Pilates equipment manufacturers recommend cleaning vinyl surfaces with mild soap and wiping off with water. In practice, this isn’t realistic or practical between classes in a busy studio, and most importantly it’s not antibacterial. To actually kill germs, wipes need active ingredients.

Are our wipe safe? Yes. Will vinyl be affected? Using low-dose antibacterial ingredients may slightly shorten the life of vinyl, but no more than other wipes you may have been using all this time, other common methods like essential oils (tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil), or mild soap that isn’t fully removed.

Yes. Our products are designed for all fitness studios, including yoga, boxing, indoor cycling, gyms, and everything in between. If people use your equipment, they’ll work for you.

Yes, our wipes are designed to fit all major dispensers. If they don’t fit yours, simply use our 30-day money-back guarantee.

We base our recommendations on approximately 8 sessions per room per day. This considers equipment such as mats, reformers, apparatus, and other gym equipment.

• 1–7 pieces of equipment: 1 box every 2 months
• 8–14 pieces of equipment: 1 box per month
• 15+ pieces of equipment: 2 boxes per month
  

Example: A Pilates studio with 12 reformers in one room would typically need 1 box delivered each month.

Our wipes are made in Australia from responsibly sourced FSC® certified, biodegradable material.

We use the same biodegradable material often marketed as ‘bamboo,’ which is actually made from wood pulp. However unlike many in the market we choose to support responsible sourcing by using FSC certified material.

No, they’re different. “Biodegradable” refers to what happens at the end of a product’s life. “FSC certified” refers to where the material comes from.

Many wipes are labelled biodegradable, but that doesn’t mean the raw materials were sourced responsibly. FSC certification ensures the wood pulp used comes from responsibly managed forests. We believe both matter, so we prioritise responsible sourcing from the start.

Our wipes are made with mostly (98%) purified water. The active ingredient is quaternary ammonium compound, which make them highly effective antibacterial wipes for fitness studios, killing 99.99% of germs.

Yes. In fact, 99% of our wipes is purified water, which is also a chemical.

The word “chemical” can sound negative, but what matters is the type and amount used. We use low-dose quaternary ammonium compounds, which are widely used and considered safe and effective for killing 99.99% of germs in fitness studio environments. Our wipes do not contain alcohol, ammonia, bleach, or chlorine.

If unopened and stored in a cool, dry place, the wipes have a shelf life of up to 2 years.

Yes, reusable wipes with spray are generally more environmentally friendly, and we fully support studios that choose this approach. Unfortunately, in the reality of a busy studio, most need a convenient and effective way to wipe down equipment quickly after class. Our wipes offer a practical, eco-conscious alternative.
